REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY – MOUNTAIN MAN CONTAINERS

1. Intro

At Mountain Man Containers, we want you to feel confident purchasing your container.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once the container has been delivered and accepted. We are committed to ensuring a smooth delivery experience and clear communication regarding cancellations before shipment.

 


 

2. Products That Can Be Cancelled

  • Cancellations before delivery: If you need to cancel your order before the container is dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@mountainmancontainers.com or (434) 481-2077.

  • Cancellations after delivery: Containers cannot be returned or refunded once accepted at the time of delivery, except if the container is defective (for example, doors will not open or structural issues that make the unit unusable).

 


 

3. Return/ Cancellation Timeframe

  • Requests for cancellations must be made before the container is dispatched from our lot.

  • After delivery, all containers are considered final sale unless a defect is identified at the time of delivery.

 


 

4. Item Condition Requirements

  • Containers must be inspected upon delivery.

  • Any damage, defects, or operational issues must be noted with the delivery personnel at the time of acceptance.

 


 

5. How to Start a Cancellation or Defective Claim

To request a pre-delivery cancellation or report a defect:

  • Provide your order number

  • Explain the reason for cancellation or defect

  • Include photos of the defect (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide instructions for next steps.

 


 

6. Cancellation & Defective Item Fees

  • Administrative fees may apply for pre-delivery cancellations.

  • For defective containers, we will repair, replace, or provide a refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the defect.

 


 

7. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are not available after delivery except for defective units.

  • Exchanges or replacements are available only for defective containers.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.
