The Delivery Protocol

  • 1

    Order & Schedule

Order by phone or website. Once confirmed, our team locks in a delivery window with you. Customers can choose to have the container delivered to their location or pick it up from our lot.

  • 2

    Clearance Envelope

Confirm a straight-line path of 120 ft length, 14 ft width, and 14 ft vertical clearance — free of low wires, branches, fences, and tight turns.  Please double check roads are wide enough for turns.  Your delivery spot should have enough turning space to ensure a hassle-free roll-off.

  • 3

    Surface Check

Delivery trucks are heavy, especially when carrying a shipping container, so they can easily get stuck on soft surfaces. Dry compacted gravel, asphalt, or concrete is required. Mud, sand, wet earth, snow, ice, slopes, drains, and ditches will halt the drop.

  • 4

    Level Foundation

Pick a hard, level spot. Uneven ground twists the frame and binds the doors.

  • 5

    Delivery Charges

Free delivery within 25 miles of 4844 N Seminole Trail, Brightwood VA 22715. $5.00 per mile beyond that radius — billed straight, no surprises.

  • 6

    Preparation

Clear all debris, obstacles, and overhead obstructions before our driver arrives. The drop zone must be ready the moment we pull up.

  • 7

    Access Information

Send gate codes, security protocols, or any access quirks in advance. Flag tight roads, sharp turns, or low bridges that could re-route the truck.

  • 8

    Time-frame

Containers arrive within 3 business days of signed contract and confirmed payment. Weather and traffic can shift the window — we notify you immediately.

  • 9

    Placement & Inspection

Be on-site at drop. Direct our team on placement and inspect the unit for any defects before sign-off. Issues called out at delivery get resolved fast. Have 4×8×16 solid concrete blocks or pavers ready for the four corners.

  • 10

    Return & Pickup

Renters schedule pickup at the end of the term. Containers must be empty and in good condition. Same prep rules apply for the return trip.
